1, DMX or SPI?
DMX (Digital Multiplex ) and SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) are the most universal protocol for data communication in the lighting area. In this page we are introducing the DMX protocol catagory. 2, Which is IC solution?
From the market, various of chip brands bring many types of DMX512 ICs. Based on years of experience, we have established the reliable and collaboration with UCS and Titian. UCS a leading company in the digital lighting IC industry. Their products features higher grey scale, higher refresh rate and other excellent performances. Titian company is also a welknown player in our main market and their products perform great at the competitive cost.
3, DC5V, 12V or DC24V?
The addressable LED strips are mostly designed with input voltage of DC5V, DC12V and DC24V. Elextricians and the led strip light practitioners know that it comes with 3 LEDs grouping a pixel for DC12V, while 6 LEDs proups for DC24V. This means, usually pixels no on DC12V led tape light is double on DC24V when there are same LED amount on each one meter led strip. Both DC12V and DC24V addressable led strip can run longer up to 5 meters a reel. Our proposal is up to the real requirements on the pixel density from the site. 4, RGB or RGBW?

5, How Many Pixels per Meter?
Now lets talk about the number of pixels per meter. We have the product portfolio of 4pixel, 8pixels, 10pixel, 12pixels a meter on 12V and 20 pixels a meter 24V. With reference to DMX IC features, there is limited space to mount more ICs on the 10mm or 12mm width one meter long pcbs. 6, White PCB or Black PCB?
White PCB is our default supply, wihle we have black pcb available for the certain items, just take a view and clairify it before you confirm the purchaing. We suggest, select the black the pcb tape light in a dark space for the purpose to prevent external light reflection and conceal the light strips. Apart from this consideration, white pcb is preferred as it reflect some light.
7, What Can Be Customized?
In short, we customize everything for demand. They include PCB layouts design with different IC solution and, custom logo printing on pcb, input voltage, led chip brand, waterproof finish and other configuration etc.
